The price includes: rent of premises, equipment for basic lighting, air conditioning, heating, the possibility of dividing the room with soundproof mobile walls, the ability to darken the daylight complimentary basic wi-fi, check-in desk, cleaning-in before leaving the premises, parking, service by a technical specialist and manager by location.
