The October Conference Hall, a part of a network of A & CES, is located in the historic, iconic building of the International Center for Culture and Arts (formerly the October Palace) in the heart of Kiev at 1, The Heavenly Hundred Str., 2nd floor of the parade enfilade of the palace.

The October Hall is a double-light conference facility, with large windows(darkening possible), bearing a special aura of the palace hall in the Empire style. Here you can hold various events:conferences, seminars, symposia, banquets, dancing parties and other social events.

Air-conditioning system provides comfort in the room in any weather. The hall is equipped with a large 13-by-5-meter screen and 2 projectors.

The theatre-type seating plan freely places up to 350 people, and at the tables - up to 140 seats.

The October Hall has a separate catering area. Coffee breaks, buffets are formed upon the individual customer order.

There is a small but cozy adjacent Empire Room, designed in a combination of classical empire and modern minimalist style, where separate bilateral meetings, negotiations, seminars, etc. can be held within the framework of the main event.

Convenient guarded parking is available near the building.

The October Hall rent price is 2.000 UAH per hour. All-day rent (up to 180 people) – 15.000 UAH, from 180 people – 20.000UAH. Rent of Empire Room is 600 UAH per hour, all day - 6000 UAH. It is possible to rent the rooms separately.
